高通量实验室及其在反生物恐怖中的作用

摘要 高通量实验室 (HTL)的建立是微生物法医学自身形成、完善和发展的必要基础 ,能在生物恐怖及传染性疾病发生时快速、有效、全面的完成微生物的检测、鉴定和来源分析。高通量实验室具备强大的分析鉴定能力 ,利用分子技术检出生物恐怖病原体所有已知可变的位点 ,并采用多种手段重复检验 ,最后综合结果 。
