铜绿假单胞菌外毒素A基因表达的研究进展

摘要 外毒素A(PEA)是铜绿假单胞菌最主要的一种毒力因子 ,它具有ADP 核糖基化转移酶活性 ,通过对延伸因子 2 (eEF 2 )的ADP 核糖基化抑制细胞的的蛋白质合成而导致细胞死亡。PEA由 6 13个氨基酸组成 ,分子量 6 6kD ;其编码结构基因toxA位于细菌染色体上 ,为单一顺反子。本文着重综述近年来对PEA的基因表达及表达调控的研究进展 ,为利用基因工程手段获得高纯度PEA的工作理清一条思路。
