This paper focuses on the discussion of the problems in the Public Goods supply and management.The discussion is based on concerned study and cases.As the speciality of Pubic Goods ,it is naturally monopoly,so it is difficult to supply and manage in impartiality and highefficiency.Authorized operation system has also had some limitation.Competitive Concessionary Dealing is the optimized way to settle the problems.
