摘要 目的年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-relatedmaculardegeneration熏ARMD)是老年人重要的致盲疾病之一,由它引起的脉络膜新生血管(choroidalneovascularization熏CNV)是导致视力严重下降的主要原因,利用激光处理CNV是ARMD临床治疗的主要方法。激光光凝法、经瞳孔温热疗法(transpupillarythermotherapy熏TTT雪及光动力疗法(photodynamictherapy熏PDT雪对ARMD的治疗均有一定效果,从目前的研究看熏光动力疗法是一种很有前途的治疗方法。 Age-related macular degeneration (ARMD)is one of the leading causes for blindness in the elderly and its frequency in general population increases with aging. Choroidal neovascularization (CNV)secondary to ARMD is the main cause of vision impairment. Laser photocoagulation , transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT)and photodynamic therapy (PDT)are all applied in ARMD. PDT is a most effective treatment approach according to the recent researches.
