摘要
危害石质文物的因素很多,微生物降解作用是主要危害因素之一。本工作研究了微生物腐蚀过程的生物化学和生物物理机理,包括细菌、真菌、光合类微生物和地衣等有关微生物的侵蚀作用过程。了解这一过程对于我们管理和保护石质文物具有重要意义。
Historic stone structures are subjected to many damage factors when they expose to the natural weathering conditions .Among them,the biological deterioration caused by microbes is the main one.With the current knowledge, the biogeochemical and biogeophysical mechanism of the microbes (including bacteria,fungi,algae,and lichens) causation are discussed that may damage the stone directly or indirectly.To understand this process is important for us to manage and conserve the historic stone structures.
