Study on the Road of the Food Security

粮食是人类最基本的生活资料 ,任何时候都必须重视粮食安全问题。本文从粮食的需求量、供给量、供需平衡、国际贸易及发展形势 ,分析了粮食安全的相关因素 ,并就粮食安全目标、提高粮食综合生产能力、基本物质条件、科技创新与应用。

The food is the fundamental life necessity of human being, so food security should be ensured at any time. This paper analyses the factors relating to food security, including demand, supply, and international trade of food. Some strategic issues on food security are discussed, such as the aim of food security, increase of food throughput, improvement of input conditions, technical innovation and farmers' enthusiasm in grain-growing.
