当前"三农"问题正处在一个新的特别重要的历史时期。"三农"问题是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题,党中央国务院高度重视,把解决"三农"问题视为全党工作和全部政府工作的重中之重。这两个"重中之重",体现了"三农"工作的极端重要性。解决"三农"问题,必须在加快农村经济发展中体现与时俱进的思想;必须负重奋进、精思巧绘,力求以高度简化的方式去谋划好有效增加农民收入问题;必须着眼大局,发挥优势,以高度负责的精神着力发展粮食生产;必须勇于探索,富于实践,大力培育农村经济新的增长点;必须科学谋划、求真务实塑造现代农业;必须深化改革,配套跟进,时时破解农村经济发展中的重大课题。

The present'tri-agricultural'problem is in a new historic period and in a very important historic moment.So,it is a very important subject facing us.The party central committee and the state council pay great attention on this problem.And they take this problem to be solved as the key in the government work.In order to solve this problem,the rural economic development should be expedited,farmers'income should be raised effectively,grain production should be developed,a new growth point of the rural economy should be cultivated,modern agriculture should be shaped scientificlly and a problem of rural economy under the development should be solved.
