There are four different levels and five different dimensions in the environmental condition of the technological transformation of enterprises.Our enterprises don't become the main body of technological transformation because of the lack of enterprises' environmental construction.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the environmental condition of our technological transformation of enterprises.
