新时期我国农业发展的路径选择

The way of Chinese agriculture's development in the new period

我国是一个农业大国,农业是国民经济的基础。改革开放以来,我国农业发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,但也存在农业用地相对不足,农民收入增长缓慢等问题。新时期发展我国农业,必须继续稳定和完善农村家庭联产承包责任制,加快农业科技进步,加大政府对农业的支持力度,坚定不移地推进农村税费改革,大力发展县域经济,加快城镇化进程,改革和完善农产品流通体制,加快农产品流通的市场化进程。

China is an agricultural country where agriculture is the basis of national economy.Since Chinese Reforming and Opening,the development of agriculture has made great achievement while some problems such as the lack of agricultural land,the low increasing speed of farmer's income,etc,still exist.In the new period,in order to develop Chinese agriculture,we must continually stabilize and improve the policy that the farmers own the use right of land,accelerate the agriculture technology,enlarge the government's support on agriculture, steadily push on the reform of taxes and fees in the country,develop vigorously the towns' economy,speed up urbanization process,reform and improve the circulating system of farm products,speed up the market process of farm products' circulating.
