摘要
用DSC、动态力学测试、WAXD等手段,对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯无规共聚物(PMB)共混体系的相容性和结晶结构进行了研究。结果表明,PVDF/PMB为半相容体系,晶胞参数与组分比无关,结晶度、微晶尺寸随PMB含量的增加而降低,晶格畸变则随PMB含量的增加而增大。
The miscibility and crystal structure of poly(vinylidene fluoride)/methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer blends have been studied by DSC, Viscoelastic Spectra and WAXD. The unit cell parameters of PVDF/PMB blend are independent of the blend composition and the degree of crystallinity, volume averaged crystallite size decreases with increasing content of PMB, a mean lattice distortion increases. All observations indicated that PVDF/PMB is semi-miscible.
