运动训练中一氧化氮与内皮素对心血管系统作用的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 运动训练对心血管的舒张和收缩作用受一氧化氮和内皮素分泌水平的影响。从一氧化氮、内皮素的生物学功能,运动对一氧化氮和内皮素分泌的影响,适宜的运动训练引起一氧化氮和内皮素水平变化对心血管疾病的生理作用以及过度训练后一氧化氮和内皮素对心血管疾病的影响等方面,综述了一氧化氮和内皮素在运动训练条件下对心血管系统的生理、病理作用研究的进展情况。 The secretion level of nitric oxide and endothelin affects diastole and constraction of cardiovascular which being influenced training. This article expounds that the physical and pathologic function of nitric oxide and endothelin to cardiovascular on the condition of training from following points: the biology function of nitric oxide and endothelin; the secretion of nitric oxide and endothelin being influenced by training ;proper training leading to the level change of nitric oxide and endothelin and affecting physical function of cardiovascular; cardiovascular disease being influenced by nitric oxide and endothelin after excessive training.
