摘要
本文认为 ,在国际经济一体化的知识经济时代 ,每一个组织为了生存都必须进行变革。新技术的发明和管理的创新将很快地取代组织原有的管理方式。面对复杂多变的经营环境 ,组织必须快速跟进周围环境的变化。本文对西方组织发展理论研究进行了介绍 ,重点讨论了 2 0世纪 90年代组织发展研究的新情况 ,讨论了组织发展的概念、组织发展的内容、组织发展的技能和技巧 ,以及组织的更新等方面的研究状况。
The paper points out that each organization has to change for survival in the era of knowledge economy when international economy continues to integrate. Traditional management models will be fast changed by invention of new technologies and management innovation. In the complex and changeable operation environment, organizations have to adapt to the environmental changes as quick as possible. This article discusses organizational development theories in the west with focus on new development of these theories in 1990s. The concept of organizational development, its content, skills and methods to change are also explained in the paper.
