The influence of Internet on the society is to overweigh any one of the technical reformations in the past. But it also brings about some social problems when the society is actively promoted. Therefore how to grasp the chance and face the challenge becomes a critical issue to be settled for the political and ideological work at universities that aims at cultivating and educating people.
