摘要
本文采用IR、WAXD、SEM、DMA及DTA-TG等手段分析了聚己内酰胺与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝共聚纤维的结构和性能。该纤维枝链上含有大量具有反应性的环氧基,随接枝率提高,纤维序态及形态劣化,力学性能下降,在225℃附近,接枝纤维的枝链断裂,纤维在低于此温度下使用时是热稳定的。
The structure and properties of the grafted fiber of glycidyl methacrylate onto nylon 6 fiber were investigated by IR, WAXD, SEM, DMA and DTA-TG. There are a lot of reactive epoxyl groups in the branch of grafted fiber. With increasing grafting percentage, the order structure and morphology become inferior and the mechanical property decreases. The degradation of the PGMA branch takes place at 225℃, and the grafted fiber is thermal stable when temperature is below 225℃.
