在我国以信息化带动工业化并最终实现工业化的进程中，要充分认识到知识产权制度的局限性，改变过去全盘采用外国技术的被动局面，在培育国内相关产业的同时，应支持本土厂商与 外国公司竞技，直至假以必要的国家政策。

On our way to finally realize industrialization by way of information's promoting industrialization,we should fully realize the shortcoming of intellectual property and quickly change the passive situation of totally using foreign technology.When we cultivate relating industry,we should support domestic industry competing with foreign corporations and even use necessary national policies.
