对我国的侦查构造进行改革完善应当充分考虑我国的侦查目的、国情和民情、社情和警情。具体措施可以考虑引进中立司法审查机制,形成司法型侦查构造;吸收弹劾式侦查构造精髓,形成诉讼式侦查构造;在单轨制侦查构造的基础上,适当赋予辩方取证权利。
