Community control and community’s police service

人类社会秩序离不开社会控制,社会控制是社会的稳定机制。社会控制包括一系列机制,社区控制是其中的微观机制,是整个社会控制的基础平台。而实现社区控制功能的有效途径之一就是推行社区警务。

The human civil order cannot stay away from social control. Social control is the mechanism of social stability. Social control consists of a series of mechanisms, and community control is a minor mechanism among it. It is the basic platform of the whole social control. One of the effective ways to realize the function of community control is to implement community’s police service.
