我国劳动力市场发育中的秩序问题

On Sequence in Growth of Labour Market in China

本文在明晰市场经济秩序本质和劳动力市场秩序概念的基础上 ,归纳分析了我国劳动力市场运行中存在的三大方面的秩序问题 ,一是劳动力市场存在功能缺陷 ,如劳动力市场总量供求失衡 ,工资价格信号机制不灵敏 ,劳动力市场多重分割等 ;二是劳动力市场交易行为不规范 ,包括用人单位对劳动合同以及合同条款的规避 ,劳动力流动不规范等 ;三是劳动力市场存在法治的盲区 。

On the basis of clarifying the nature of the sequence of market economy and the concept of the sequence of labor market, this paper has analyzed three sequential problems existing in the labor market in our country: a. the malfunction of the labor market, such as the imbalance of gross provision and requirement in labor market, wage signal not sensitive, multi-nest of labor market etc. b. trading behavior in labor market not regulated, including the avoidance by the employing unit of the labor contract and contract items, the labor flow not regulated etc. c. the law governing blindness in labor market such as illegal labor market and illegal employment.
