摘要
利用动态力学分析方法研究了界面改性剂对刚性粒子增韧尼龙6复合材料动态力学性能的影响,并与硅烷类偶联剂KH550的影响作了比较。结果表明,界面改性剂在高岭土/尼龙6界面上形成了柔性界面层。这种柔性界面层促使尼龙6基体局部区域塑性屈服被认为是高岭土增韧尼龙6的主要机理。
Effects of the interfacial modifier on dynamic mechanical properties of rigid-particle toughened nylon 6 composite were studied by means of Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), and compared with those of silane coupling agent KH550. The results show that a flexible interlayer between kaolin and nylon 6 was formed by using the inerfacial modifier. Partial matrix yielding caused by this kind of flexible interlayer is the main mechanism of kaolin toughened nylon 6.
