摘要
本文通过X光衍射、DSC、SAXS等方法,考察了间苯二甲酸的含量对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇-聚己二酸乙二醇多嵌段共聚酯结构和性能的影响,发现合成时间苯二甲酸的加入,使共聚酯的W_(α,x)T_m、I_(?)均下降,同时,力学性能也下降,但间苯二甲酸含量为10%的共聚酯的力学性能最佳。
In this paper, polyethylene glycol terephthalate-polyethylene glycol adipate block copolyesters with m-benzene dicarbonic acid were studied by WAXD, DSC, SAXS etc. The degree of crystallinity, the Tm and the crystallite size decreased because the m-benzene dicarbonic acid was incorporated. When the content of m-benzene dicarbenic acid increased to certain value the Wc,x and Tm would change no longer. The Lnk1 and T(?) of copolyester with 10% m-benzene dicarbonic acid were smallest, and it's mechanical properties were also best in all studied copolyesters.
