摘要
通过施给亚硒酸钠培植硒富集紫云英 ,研究其对动物组织硒储留及相关血液生化指标的影响。试验选用18只黄羽肉鸡随机等分为 3组 ,分别饲喂基础、亚硒酸钠或紫云英硒日粮。结果表明 ,血浆硒含量按基础、亚硒酸钠、紫云英硒日粮顺序呈上升趋势 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,其中喂紫云英硒组比亚硒酸钠组高 2 1% (P >0 .0 5 )。紫云英硒组的鸡肝、肾、脾和胸肌组织硒含量均显著高于亚硒酸钠组 ,分别提高 4 3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,31% (P <0 .0 5 )和 30 % (P <0 .0 1)。正试期的第 2d和第 10d ,紫云英硒组的血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性比亚硒酸钠组有提高的趋势 ,提高幅度为 6 %和 13% (P >0 .0 5 )。综上所述 。
The selenium(Se)-enriched Chinese milkvetch(SECM) was planted by applying a nutrient solution with sodium selenite (Na_2SeO_3). One experiment was carried out to investigate the Se deposit in tissues and related biochemical indices of blood in broilers as influenced by supplementing the SECM. Eighteen yellow-feather type broilers were randomly divided into three groups and allocated to one of the basal, Na_2SeO_3 (DSS) or SECM diets. The broilers fed SECM diet had 21% (P>0.05) higher Se concentration in plasma than those fed DSS diet. Selenium deposit was increased by 43%(P<0.05), 28%(P<0.05), 31%(P<0.05) and 30%(P<0.01) in tissues of liver, kidney, spleen and chest muscle for chickens given SECM diet, compared with DSS diet, respectively. On d 2 and d 10, the birds fed SECM diet tended to have a higher activity of glutathione peroxidase in blood than those fed DSS diet by 6 and 13%(P>(0.05)). It is inferred that the SECM is easier to be utilized and retained than Na_2SeO_3 by tissues of animal.
