摘要 本研究用标准抗原、纯化抗体和辣根过氧化物酶标记羊抗兔IgG ,建立间接抑制酶联免疫吸附法 ,测定了几种不同品种生大豆和豆粕产品的凝集素含量。结果表明 ,间接抑制ELISA检测大豆制品中的凝集素含量变异系数小于 15 % ,样品回收率误差在 15 %以内 ;抑制率在 2 0 %~ 70 %范围内 ,曲线呈现良好的线性关系 ,提取液中的大豆凝集素检测下限为 10mg mL。 Indirect inhibiting ELISA method standard curve to detect soybean agglutinin in the soybean products was developped with standard SBA, purified antibody and horseradish peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG. With this standard curve, SBA contents in several kinds of soybean products were measured. The results showed the coefficent of variation of indirect inhibiting ELISA method was less than 15% and the error of recovery rate was not more than 15%. The standard curves showed to be in good linearity when inhibition rates were in the range of 20%~70%, which permitted a lower limit to detect soybean agglutinin less than 10 ng/mL in extracts. So it is practicable that ELISA method is used to detect the soybean agglutinin content in various of soybean products.
