正确处理人民内部矛盾的现实要求

在新时期正确处理人民内部矛盾仍然是国家政治生活的主题。正确处理这一矛盾 ,须在经济上既要坚持发展生产力又要坚持统筹兼顾 ;在政治上既要维护中央的权威又要加快政治民主化、法制化进程 ;在文化上要继续坚持“百花齐放 ,百家争鸣”的方针 ,同时注意提高全民的素质 。
