本文通过当前师生关系存在的问题对大学生思想政治工作产生的负面影响和构建生态师生关系对大学生思想政治工作产生的正面影响的对比分析 ,揭示了构建生态师生关系在大学生思想政治工作中的重要性 ,探索了实现生态师生关系 。

In current,some problems in the relation between teachers and the college students have had negative effects on moral education,while the ecological teacher_student relation may have positive effects on it.Based on the contrasting analysis of those effects,this paper posts the importance of moral education by constructing ecological teacher_student relation,and explores the route and method to realize the ecological teacher_student relation so as to enhance the moral eductaion.
