摘要
基于建构主义的情境认知学习理论,是高职教育创设职业情境的基础。文章研究认知学习理论与职业情境的关系,提出创设职业情境的基本原则,创设模拟、仿真、全真的职业情境,探索"企业仿真"、"双师导学,校企合作"教学模式,改革实践教学,培养学生职业能力。
Situation cognitive learning theory on constructivism is the basis of building job situation in higher vocational education. It is explored the relationship between cognitive learning theory and job situation, proposed basic principle of building job situation, and building job situation of simulations, emulations and truth, probing teaching mode of 'enterprise simulation' and 'pairs of teacher guiding students learning, school and enterprise collaborating', reforming practical teaching and improving students' job capability in this paper.
