外资企业人才本地化的策略对苏南民营企业的影响及对策

摘要 随着经济全球性发展新趋势的出现,竞争能力的体现关键在于人才的竞争。人才本地化策略是外资企业为了提高其国际竞争实力的新战略,也是利用本地人力资源优势为其服务,并为其提供占领本地市场和提供适合于本地化需求的新思维。外资企业人才本地化,是企业追逐高额利润的动机和目的驱动的结果,是由在全球范围内最大限度地获取比较利益的目的决定的。 Along with the new economy current of the globality, the competitive ability is a key of person with a-bility compete. The policy of talents localization is a new stratege of MNC for advancing strength of his international compete, and makes his use of native resource advantage for his serve, and provides new thinking to occupy local market and is bit for native demand. It is the outcome that the motive and aim of enterprises pursuing high profits drives,and determines by the aim of getting comparative profits as most as possible in global.
