摘要
服务质量的改进与提高是目前通信运营企业的头等大事。本文在分析我国通信服务质量现状及原因的基础上,应用质量管理的相关理论和方法对我国通信服务质量的提高提出了一些建议。
Communication service quality is the most important factor in communication operation. Based on the analysis of the current situation of communication service quality and its cause, this paper, with the theory and method of quality management, puts forward some suggestions about improving the service quality.
