摘要
以约束为主的大学教学过程质量监控系统的权威性和有效性正面临着危机,其根源在于监控系统中激励机制的淡化及其“去人文”倾向,严重忽视了教学过程中至为重要的人文活力与人本资源要素。大学应在反思教育价值与管理理念变革的基础上,重构教学过程质量管理体系,核心是实行人本管理,形成激励机制与约束机制的合力。
In universities, the authority and the efficacy of the teaching quality assurance system which driven by restraining bias is now facing a crisis, and the cause of the crisis is the decline of the impelling mechanism as well as its dehumanization tendency, therefore deeply shadows the humane vitality and the element of human-based resource. The universities, based on their reflection on education values and management creeds, should reconstruct their teaching quality assurance system, and should core on the practice of human-based management, in order to produce the cooperative power between the mechanisms of the impelling and the restraining.
