供应链中供应存在周期性波动情况下的合作模型

A Cooperation Model on Periodic Fluctuant Supply Products in the Supply Chain

首先分析供应产品,尤其经济作物,存在剧烈的周期性波动。这种波动给下游制造商生产管理带来一系列问题,而且也给供应商的收益带来了很大的不确定性。针对这些问题,在前人研究的基础上进行拓展改进,并且建立一个基于合作的数学模型。在这个模型里给出了一个合作存在性定理。同时,提出一种合作机制,可以让供求双方消除波动,收益变的稳定,从而实现供求双方的双赢。并且设计一个谈判模型,可以使整个供应链长期合作下去。

Supply products,especially economic plants,are first analyzed in this paper. There exists rapid periodic fluctuation in these products. This fluctuation not only brings a lot of problems to production and management of the downstream (firms,) but also leads to much uncertainty of the profits of the suppliers. According to these problems, on the basis of others' research, this paper makes a progress and builds a cooperation model. In this model, a theorem that the cooperation is possible is given. At the same time, a kind of cooperation mechanism is designed. This mechanism will eliminate the (fluctuation) in suppliers and buyers, make the profits certain, and finally lead to 'Win-to-Win' of the suppliers and buyers. At the same time, a negotiation model is designed. The whole supply chain may cooperate for a long time by this model.
