优化建设项目费用支付的纳什均衡模型及其遗传算法求解 被引量:5

摘要 建立业主与承包商间就建设项目费用支付问题的完全信息动态博弈模型,以使业主与承包商的建设项目费用支付(或获得)现金流的净现值对最理想值的偏差最小为优化目标,讨论纳什均衡解,并运用遗传算法求得建设项目费用支付的均衡优化方案。应用本文给出的模型及求解方法,既可以较好地解决业主对建设项目费用支付的控制问题,也能够合理地兼顾到承包商的利益,是一种双赢解决方案。 Based on game theory, a Nash equilibrium model is set up to optimize and schedule project payments. The (objective) of model is to minimize the deviations of the net present values of project payment for both the owner and the client from the possibly largest values. The Nash equilibrium solution is discussed and given by using a genetic algorithm. The (model) is innovative in that both the interest of the owner and that of the client are taken into account and it provides a (win-win) solution for the optimization problem of project payments.
