摘要
小型雷管的结构特点是体积小,装药量少.要保证小型雷管在传爆序列中可靠作用,除设 计时已确定的结构形式、装压药条件、管壳材料等关键技术外,生产过程中工艺方法不同 对产品质量具有不同的影响.本文从装药、压药、退模三道工序选用不同的工艺方法和设 备对小型雷管装配生产质量的影响进行了对比分析,从而找出了最佳的生产工艺方法,并 提出了相应的质量保证措施。
The structure feature of miniaturedetonator are small in size, low powder loadingcapacity. To ensure the reliability of miniaturedetonator in high explosive train , in addition to the key confirmed technologies of structure form, fillingpowder condition and pipe material, in the course of production, different technological methods have different effects on the quality of products. This paper is a comparing analysis about effects of miniature detonator's quality of assembling production, by choosing three procedures of filling power, pressing powder and repulsing mould, so finding the best technological methods of production and providing corresponding guaranteed measures of quality.
