Vocational education and the exploitation of rural human resources

开发农村人力资源,提高农村劳动者素质,推动农村经济的发展,对实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标意义重大.本文分析了我国农村人力资源的现状及其对农村经济发展的影响,提出了通过发展农村职业教育来开发农村人力资源的具体途径.

The questions that how the rural human resource are exploited in order to raise the quality of rural laborers and improve the rural economy are of great importance to the great objective in realization of comfortable life.This paper gives an analysis of the present situation of rural economy and puts forward the specific methods of exploiting the rural human resources by rural vocational education development。
