This paper mainly studies the concept of study environment and the principle of study condition design in information technique environment.Study environment refers to continuous situation and conditions in the study process.Study environment design principles contain reliability principle of the mission scene,reconciliation principle of principal leading,the principle of individual study combined with harmonious study,the principle of cultivating personality and creativity and paying attention to the development of students and the rinciple of causing and supporting high level thought of students.
