摘要
采用非线性弹塑性有限元法对Al-Mg-Si基合金车门外板冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了车门在成形过程中的应力、应变、厚度分布以及成形安全裕度的部位和规律,为Al-Mg-Si基合金车身板冲压成形工艺设计及模具设计提供了科学依据。
Based on nonlinear elastic-plastic finite element theory,this paper has investigated the forming process of a new type Al-Mg-Si based alloy auto door panel by means of numerical simulation.Stress,plastic strain,thick distribution and forming limit in the workpiece during forming process are analyzed. Therefore,the effective reference can be provided for the design of forming process of Al-Mg-Si based alloy auto door panel.
