摘要 研究了气体分压、温度和缓蚀剂等腐蚀环境因素对油管钢 N80腐蚀产物膜的硬度和膜基结合强度的影响 ,探讨了产物膜硬度、膜基结合强度与腐蚀速率的相关性 ,发现油管钢平均腐蚀速率随腐蚀产物膜硬度增大或膜基结合强度的提高而降低 ,并建立了产物膜硬度、膜基结合强度与平均腐蚀速率间的定量关系。研究表明 ,要减缓基体的腐蚀速率 ,腐蚀产物膜的力学性能必须大于某临界值 ;添加适当的缓蚀剂可以提高腐蚀产物膜的力学性能 。 The hardness and bonding strength of corrosion scale on the surface of N80 steel, as tubular goods, were studied in different conditions. The effects of temperature, gas pressure and inhibitor on the hardness and bonding strength were discussed. It was found that the corrosion rate of N80 steel decreased with increasing hardness and bounding strength of corrosion scale. The quantitative equations of hardness, bounding strength and corrosion rate were put forward. To decrease the corrosion rate of steel, the mechanical properties of corrosion scale must be higher than certain critical values. Suitable inhibitors can be used to control corrosion of tubular steel by improving mechanical properties of corrosion scale.
