Analyze "North course" Of Deng Xiaoping

1978年9月,邓小平结束对朝鲜的访问后,又视察东北三省以及唐山和天津等地,他所到之处,对“两个凡是”进行抨击,反复阐述解放思想,实事求是的重大意义,阐述社会主义建设的新思路。由于他在东北和唐山、天津等地的谈话最为集中地体现了他这一时期对“什么是社会主义,如何建设社会主义”这一问题的理论思索,是党的十一届三中全会召开前邓小平思想的系统表述。

In September 1978, after visiting Korea, Deng Xiaoping investigated northeast part of China as well as Tangshan in Hebei province and Tianjin, etc. He criticized 'TWO - WGATECER' THEORY wherever he arrived, and illustrated the etraordinary significance of 'emancipating the traditional ideology and pursuing the truths' repeatedly, expressed the new thinking methods of development of Socialism. Seeing that his adress expressed in the northeast part of China, Tangshan and Tianjin focus on the theoritical thought of 'What Sociallism is, How to develop Socialism', which is the systemstic expression of Deng Xiaoping' s theory before the third Penary Session of the CPC 11th Central Committee.
