自蔓延高温合成软磁Ni-Zn铁氧体的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用自蔓延高温合成法合成了 Ni0 .4 Zn0 .6 Fe2 O4 ,研究了反应温度、燃烧波速率与放热系数 k值之间的关系。并通过 XRD、SEM、VSM等测试手段对产物的形貌、物相、结构及性能进行了分析 ,结果表明当放热系数 k=0 .6时 ,反应比较完全 ,合成产物颗粒大小均匀 。 Self-propagation high-temperature synthesis produced magneto-soft ferrites with Ni 0.4Zn 0.6Fe 2O 4 powders. The dependences of the combustion temperature and the combustion wave rate on the coefficient of the mixture exothermicity k were discussed in detail. The powders prepared were examined by XRD,SEM,VSM. The results showed that when k =0.6, the sintered product has the best particle and magnetic properties.
