摘要
利用反应性挤出工艺合成 PMA- St- PC增容剂母粒 ,并探讨了增容剂母粒的合成工艺。研究了增容剂母粒含量对 PC/ PS共混体系的增容作用及对熔融指数、冲击强度和弯曲强度影响。用 TG及 DSC研究了添加增容剂的 PC/ PS共混体系的相容性。结果表明 :PMA- St- PC增容剂母粒对 PC/ PS共混体系具有良好的增容作用 ,可显著提高 PC/ PS体系的熔体流动性以及力学性能 ,当 PMA- St- PC含量为 2 5 %时共混体系具最大的熔体流动速率 (MFR)
PMA-St-PC compatibilizers was prepared with. The effect of compatibilizers's content on the MFR and mechanical properties of PC/PS blends was studied. The influence of compatibilizers added into PC/PS on the compatibility was also studies by TG and DSC. It was found that the addition of PMA-St-PC greatly increased the MFR values, impact strength and blending strength of the PC/PS. The MFR values and blending strength of the PC/PS was highest when the PMA-St-PC content was 25%.
