Analysis on the Indirect Effect of Electronics & Communications Industry in Hubei Province

通过湖北省电子及通信设备制造业产业影响力与感应度的定量分析发现 ,该产业在本区域的产业关联效果不强 ,低于全国平均水平 ;且其产业影响力与感应度低于本区域内其他产业 ,表明该省产业结构不合理。但电子及通信设备制造业的生产诱发额与总产出之比远远高于其他产业 ,这说明该产业的生产规模远远不能满足最终需求对其生产的需求额 ,该产业有巨大的发展空间。因此 ,湖北省应加强电子及通信设备制造业与本区域产业的关联 ,加强该产业对传统产业的渗透改造 ,提高主导产业与新生支柱产业之间的关联度 ,培养区域汽车 -电子产业集聚体 ,从而实现本省区域产业结构的优化和经济持续、稳定、健康。

This paper calculated the induced effects and impact multipliers of electronics & communications industry in Hubei province by using quantitive analysis. It is found that there was a poor relation between electronics & communications industry and the related industries. This indicated that the industry structure in Hubei province is not very appropriate. Moreover, after calculating the impact on the local economy from a change in final demands of electronics industry, it showed that the difference between the impact from a change in final demands and aggregate output is great. It showed that the aggregate output of this industry could not meet the final demands. The electronics & communications industry was full of potential. Therefore, the relationship between electronics & communications industry and related industries should be strengthened. In order to optimize the industry structure, the paper suggested several ways. Such as improving the linkage level between leading industry and new born high-tech industry and fostering the cluster of motor and electronics & communications industry.
