摘要
根据德兴铜矿大山选矿厂多年来应用PLC可编程序控制器的情况,介绍和讨论了PLC控制系统的选型和设计,指出在硬件的确定和软件配备等方面应注意的问题,并对PLC控制系统的可靠性、运行调试、现场环境等进行了探讨和分析。
In the light of the application situation of PLC programmable controller in Dashan concentrator,Dexing Copper Mine over the years,lectotype and design of PLC control system are introduced and discussed.Some problems to which attention should be paid are pointed out in the selection of hardware and software.At the same time,the reliability of PLC control system is analyzed including operating test and site environment.
