电场中烟尘粒子凝集增粗的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用电流体力学和外力场输运理论,分析了电收尘器电场中带电烟尘粒子的凝集现象。在一定的简化条件下建立了粒子凝集速率计算式,并通过实验进一步探讨了带电烟尘粒子凝集增粗的机理。研究结果表明,电场中带电烟尘粒子的凝集受粒子表面电荷分布和电荷量、粒径、粒子所带电荷的极性以及中性电荷粒子的影响。无论单极或双极电晕,带电的烟尘粒子都发生凝集,但带正、负电荷粒子的凝集受限于某一作用范围。 The agglomeration phenomenon of the charged smoke particles was investigated by using the electric-fluid mechanics and transport theory of external force field.The theoretical expression for the agglomeration rate of the smoke particles was developed based on several assumptions.By establishing a model for electrostatic precipitator,the agglomeration mechanism of the charged particles was studied further.The results show that the agglomeration of the charged smoke particles is affected by surface charge distribution,charge quantity,particle size,charge polarity and so on.Regardless of unipolar or bipolar coronas,the agglomeration of smoke particles takes place,but the agglomeration between the positive particles and negative particles is limited within a certain distance.
