摘要
以北京某办公楼为例,介绍了该建筑结构设计的特点,例如沉降后浇带的设置、上部结构嵌固部位的确定,以及对结构计算过程中规范要求的关键指标的控制;并指出对于这种带地下室的大底盘多塔建筑,应遵照有关规范的规定,正确选择上部结构的嵌固部位,建立合理的结构计算模型。
As a practical example,the characteristics of structural design for a certain office building in Beijing are discussed such as setting of post-subsidence pouring belt,determination of superstructure and buckling location,control of key indices conforming to the specifications of structure calculation.It is pointed out that,for large-chassis-mount multi-tower building with a basement,the buckling location on superstructure should be correctly selected and a reasonable model for structure calculation established in accordance with relevant specifications.
