经济增长理论的沿革与创新——评新古典增长理论与新增长理论

Development and innovation of the economic growth theory

探讨经济增长理论的演变进程,旨在为中国经济发展提供可行方法。新古典增长理论与新增长理论具有各自的历史背景和基本观点。新增长理论是对新古典增长理论的补充与完善,但同时存在亟需改进之处。新增长理论注重知识与人力资本积累、专业化的投入和政府政策的引导,对于发展中国家的现实经济具有一定的指导意义。

A study of the development of economic growth theory can provide useful information for finding proper methods for the economic development in China. This paper makes a study of the background and main views of the neoclassical growth theory and the new growth theory and points out that the latter is the improved version of the former one, even though it still has some drawbacks. The significance of the new growth theory is that it emphasizes the accumulation of knowledge and human capital、R&D and the direction of policies.
