普通话水平测试(PSC)评分中“宽”与“严”的问题

On Toleration and Strictness in the Scoring of Mandarin Proficiency Test(PSC)

分析了普通话水平测试(PSC)评分中"宽"与"严"的问题存在的客观因素与非客观因素,主张在测试过程中不能一概而论,必须将执行标准的原则性与实际操作的灵活性结合起来,并在实践中总结出了一套行之有效的把握宽严尺度,解决"宽严"问题的具体措施。

In this paper,the author analyses the subjective and objective reasons for being tolerant or strict in the scoring of Mandarin Proficiency Test (PSC).It is pointed out that in the actual testing process both the principledness of the standard and the flexibility of practice must be combined and observed.The author also offers some effective measures stemmed from practice to solve the problem of how to keep balance between toleration and strictness.
