当前高校犯罪率上升的原因及对策

在改革和经济的冲击下,当代高校急剧扩招,大学生素质参差不齐,法律意识淡薄,加上我国目前在高校存在执法空档,导致高校犯罪率不断上升。为了预防和打击高校犯罪,只有加强高校保卫队伍素质建设,授予其执法权力的同时用法律制裁犯罪,堵住执法空档,并调动各种力量开展法制宣传,建立立体防控体系,实行综合治理,以适应社会的需要。

With the development of reform and economy Colleges and Universities enlarge recruiting students rapidly.The stadents are therefore of different quality and they do not have much knowledge about law.Besides,there exists a law enforcement vacancy in colleges and universities.All these lead to an increasing number of crimes.In order to prevent and crack down crimes,we should strengthen security staff construction,grant them the right to enforce law.Meanwhile,we should make full use of law to crack down crimes,get rid of the vacancy make every effort to publicize law,extablish a three-dimentional precaution and control system and carry out a comprehensive administration so as to meet the demand of the society.
