摘要
加强当代大学生日常管理工作,创造条件促进当代大学生自我教育与个性发展,需在班级管理工作中促进学生的自我教育,在思想政治工作中促进学生的个性发展,在社会交往活动中促进学生自我完善。
In order to strengthen the management work of contemporary university students and create conditions for their development,we should promote students' self-education in class management,their individual character development in ideological and political work,and their self-perfection in social astivities.
