On the Essence of Students' Academic Atmosphere Construction in Institutions of Higher Learning

抓好高校学生学风建设是高等学校教育与管理的主旋律。针对目前高等学校的实际,阐述了只有严格学生的学习规范和强化教师的职业道德,才能实现高校学生学风建设标本兼治的目的。

Taking good charge of students' academic atmosphere construction is the theme of institutions of higher learning's education and management. Based on the reality in institutions of higher learning, the author stresses that we should pay great attention to the student's study norms and intensify the teacher's occupational morals so that we can realize the purpose with thorough solution to student's academic atmosphere construction.
