摘要
本文以领导理论研究为基础,以组织文化为因素变量,以领导者绩效为因变量,用单因素方差分析和多重比较检验的方法分析了不同组织文化间有效领导者的性格特征的差异,说明了在不同的组织文化中,对有效领导者所需要具备的性格特征的要求是不同的,从而验证了文中提出的基于情景的领导素质理论的假设。
Based on leadership theory, this paper researched the differentiation of leader's characters under different organizational culture. Regarded organizational culture as factor, and performance as independent, one-way ANOVA methods was adapted. The results revealed that under different organizational culture, the effective leaders needed to be different characters. Thus, the hypothesis brought forward in this paper was validated.
