廉价政府是指由于政府行政职能的转变、行政效率的提高和行政成本的合理降低,使得老百姓能够获得优质服务并能承担得起。而这样一种政府的建立必然要求改革其行政模式。行政管理模式的创新也是当今的世界潮流。
By changing its administerial function,improving its efficiency and reasonably cutting off its cost,low-cost government is one from which people can gain high quality service and one that is affordable.Emerging of this kind of government will surely lead to a reform of the administerial pattern.Nowadays,it is also a mode on the field of innovation of chain of command.
