摘要
利用中药资源开发功能食品,是我国食品工业走向国际市场的重要途径.文章阐述了功能食品的发展历程、中医药与功能食品的关系以及中药功能食品的开发现状与努力方向,论证了利用中药资源开发功能食品的可行性,提出了开展此项工作的几点思考.
To develop function foods by utilizing the resources of traditional herb is an important way for Chinese food industries to go into the international markets. In the article,the author sets forth the definition and development of function foods,the relationship between traditional herb and function foods,present situation and developing direction of function foods of traditional herb. The author also demonstrates the feasibility of utilizing the resources of traditional herb to develop function foods and puts forward some suggestions of developing function foods.
